(TGA) and its corporate affiliates is a highly successful residential, commercial and industrial Real Estate Development and Property Management firm with its corporate office located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.  Founded in 1971 by Theodore Glasrud, Ted Glasrud Associates, Inc. has established an impressive track record in the development, design, construction, management and marketing of commercial and residential properties located in the states of Minnesota, Florida, and Iowa.

Since their beginning as land developers and developers of single and multi-family housing projects, TGA has diversified their portfolio by expanding into the commercial, industrial markets and also the redevelopment of distressed properties.

Ted Glasrud Associates, Inc. employ approximately 75 employees in Minnesota and Florida, and currently own and manage a portfolio consisting of approximately 600 residential apartments and 1,700,000 square feet of commercial and industrial space.
