Paul Kuehn – Vice President and Corporate Architect
Mr. Kuehn graduated from the prestigious Pratt Institute of Design with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree and is a Licensed Architect in the states of Minnesota and Florida. Mr. Kuehn is an AIA member and a NCARB certificate holder and also a licensed contractor in the State of Minnesota. Since 1985, Mr. Kuehn has held many positions with the company and became Vice-President in 1994. He has been involved with corporate acquisitions, land development, building design, tenant improvement design, construction, maintenance and overall management of the residential and commercial real estate portfolio. He calls Minnesota home but travels on a regular basis to also oversee our Florida portfolio. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Kuehn worked as a consulting architect and a contractor and has over 42 years of experience in the real estate development field.
Kristen R Brown – Vice President Commercial Leasing
Kristen is a Real Property Administrator and a Florida Real Estate Broker. She has been with Ted Glasrud Associates since 1996 earning an RPA from the Building Operating Management Institute in 1999. Her responsibilities include leasing, lease renewals, day-to-day building operations, construction management, land/building acquisition / sales, and general tenant relations for the Southeast Florida portfolio.
Kristen is a Licensed Real Estate Broker and a member of the Stuart / Martin County Chamber of Commerce.
Angel Fortini – Assistant Property Manager
Angel is responsible for assisting in all property management duties for the Florida portfolio including maintenance, tenant relations, leasing, as well as the day-to-day operations of the buildings. She is ACoM certified and a CPM candidate and currently earning her CPM certification with IREM.
Angel is a Licensed Real Estate Sales Associate.
